Totem Studio was founded by a strategist with over 20 years of experience working across both sides of brand and experience — building the strategy that defines what a brand stands for, and designing the experiences that make good on that promise in the real world.
We are here to close the gap between brand promise and delivered experience.
That dual track is what makes Totem different. The practice is built on a background that spans brand strategy at international design agencies, design research and customer insights for clients across Europe, and direct CX leadership inside a corporate startup.
Totem is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia and works across the Adriatic and wider SEE region, with a track record of international projects in Western Europe and beyond.
