The Approach
We designed our approach to ensure all services and events consistently reflect the nature and experience of the Beneteau First brand, regardless of location.
Event Standardization: Developing a comprehensive event framework that outlines key elements, such as logistics, marketing, and communication.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to Seascape team members and partners to ensure they are equipped to execute events consistently and effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining a focus on users and understanding the diverse needs of key stakeholders, including owners, partners, and dealers.
The Project Goal
After launching a new series of boats and establishing a new category - the planning cruiser - Beneteau looked to upgrade the value proposition by offering a bespoke series of training events, exclusive to First owners.
The goal of the project: establish a clear, informative and actionable blueprint of events, no matter where on the World it would run and which local team would be in charge of organising it.

The Outcome
The team organized and executed two successful Academy events, one in Greece and the second in France, not far from the Beneteau HQ to great acclaim as witnessed by cadets (Academy participants) and the clients team.
Thanks to the blueprint and well-defined guiding principles, the client team was empowered to push for decisions in line with the spirit of the event, with all key moments delivered as intended.
